A short 400 m. stroll will take you along the flat shoreline promenade to the shops, bars and restaurants of the resort centre and there is a local bus stop right outside the front of the hotel.

This review is mainly aimed at the single traveller. As you may be aware the single traveller pays a single room supplement which can be a hefty sum only to be put in a CUPBOARD two weeks.
The wardrobe had two doors but only one opened as the other door had the fridge, with TV o top, placed I front of it due to limited space.
No space at all for the suitcase so it had to sit in the grimy bathroom for two weeks.
The balcony, I use the term loosely, would have been laughable due to its size if it wasn't for the fact I paid extra for it, dirty and overlooked car park.
Food mediocre at best; limited choices.
I had high hopes for this hotel due to the photos shown on their website, but was left very disappointed. It certainly is NOT a 4star hotel. Shame on JET2 for using the Hotel Ambrosia.
I spent 4 weeks at The Ambrosia over September / October as a family then a couple. Even with the COVID-19 issues I am so happy I went. True - things were a bit different eg no buffet but waiter service instead etc. Adem, Ahmet and Yugene in the bar were fantastic hosts along with the younger waiters Abdo Denis Horan & friends. The pool was clean and sun beds comfy with waiter service. Our room was nice and cleaned daily. Beach had comfy sunbeds again well looked after by gengis. So relaxing on the beach in the afternoon with the music from the bar in the background. So all in all a successful holiday in a beautiful hotel & location with staff who couldn’t do enough for you. No hesitation to recommend. Can’t understand the negatives on here. All I can say is remember how much you’re paying. In my opinion value for money.
When you venture out of the hotel Bitez itself is lovely with lots bars restaurants afew shops - everything you need. Quiet not sprawling, just the job

So we’re do I start this hotel is amazing working in this industry never seen such a wonderful hotel and the food is just amazing the restaurant staff AHMET ADEM YUCEL are the best IN RESTAURANT and the reception staffs YUSUF DIDEM ERDAL just excellent and rest of the staff ASLI NURI KADEK and the owners MR ZEYNEL AND MR ISMAIL alwayz there for you I seriously don’t understand why people need to write bad reviews of this hotel cos none off it is true this place in one word is amazing thank u so much and keep the good work going
