I didn't know that there is something worse than corona until my family made it to this hotel. this quarantine site is going to be outburst site of the second wave of Covid in Tunisia. NO cleaning No sanitizing NO measures of security have been taken. my family reported that they are not a seldom case having a horrible experience either with bed bugs, Non-functioning TVs, unpleasant food (look and taste)
This hotel is currently being used as quarantine where myself and my children are now on our 9th day . No cleaning or sanitizing of hallways , lifts , doors. No hand sanitiser in areas meaning you can pick up anything from others guests. Rubbish is not taken away causing smell and ants to infest both inside the room and out. Trolley left blocking our fire escape for 3 days! Not able to cater for my daughter's food intolerance for 3 days . No hot water for 4 days . No internet in the room . Children completely bored. Total lack of hygiene given the present circumstances and a complete lack of safety measures . Most frontline staff are lovely which is the only good thing I can say about this place!
Stay away and don’t waste your money
It’s the Covid-19 site where no safety measures and no sanitization .Rooms are filthy and old.
They put a cube of ice in the fridge instead of fixing it. The tv is not working and the bed is not confortable at all .
The food is nasty and the service is horrible .
I will never come back even if it’s free
The room was full of ants+Bugs
