This Hotel was spotless, the food was good and the Hotel Staff were amazing with the young Kids, they work a lot of Hours keeping the youngsters going with different activity. Been a few years since we went but woulod go back in a heart beat. Great place
We arrived safely at the hotel .
From the moment we arrived we were delt with very quickly and efficiently, the staff are very polite and eager to help ,once checked in we were taken to our room which was very nice indeed the room was clean bed was comfortable and the best bit was being able to move around in my wheelchair.the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs.the food was very good had many varieties to cater for all the waiters and chefs were very friendly and helpful though 1 or2 had to be picked up on the way they spoke to people other than that really lovely people if you missed your meal time there was snacks available by the pool again a variety that would sustain you until lunchtime or dinnertime and again in the evening it would be open if you felt peckish.the waiters by the pool were excellent we had one waiter anise he went above and beyond in the end we didn't need to ask for a drink he always had a drink for us now thats professional he made time to speak to us and was always there if we needed help with anything. The other bar staff were very friendly and helpful.the pool area was always clean and tidy ashtrays were emptied regularly the pool itself was very clean. The entertainment staff were amazing they had a variety of activities for children and adults ranging from dancing darts archery yoga aqua aerobics bowles volleyball and water polo thats to mention a few. The children were taken to kids club not sure what activities they had but heard there was a lot.
In the evening the entertainment team put on a show every night and it was different everytime that would finish around midnight.
The beach is a 2 minute walk if that and they have more activities and a beach bar, showers are also down there so you can rinse off after a swim.
The only negative i would have was the attitude of the other guest and how appalled i was to see them treat the staff like they were nothing unfortunately I couldn't speak Russian so wasn't able to speak my
mind to them on their behaviour which was very arrogant to say the least.
Other than that our holiday was fantastic and will definitely be returning next year.
Hotel dar khayam was exactly how we left it! The staff were amazing looking after me and my family and were always making sure we were happy and safe. Food was amazing. Entertainment was amazing. 10/10
