We came as a group of 8 people and we are very disappointed. As we didn't travel anywhere during the last year, it will be better to stay at home. Even though it was paid by the company.
- Food is very poor, restaurants do not work. Tea, coffee, fruits, even water is hard to get during the day.
- Rooms are really small and need to be renovated, we booked see view but instead we have fence view. When we ask if this is sea view, they told that this is a see side.
- Wifi is weak work only in 2 rooms out of 4.
Staff is trying to make things better but this is not 5 star hotels, and not event 4 star hotel. Do not recommend anyone!
This is one of the best hotels in Sri Lanka. Five stars for hotel comfort, quarantine safety measures, staff friendliness, food.
The Indian dishes were probably some of the best in Sri Lanka.
The hotel is also located on the southern coastal belt and the beach was very clean and safe to swim.
Food was good although there is room for improvement in some dishes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beach was amazing and pool was good. It would be nice to have a friendlier and much happier person at the gate, who would make the first impression of the hotel a memorable experience. Quite an unpleasant situation when the person at the gate talks to you rude and makes you feel unwelcomed even before you had entered the hotel.
