Staff was amazing and the location is perfect for everything!

Breakfast was top level and very simple.

The room was very good and the bathroom is always clean.

The staff is always friendly and they gave me a welcome drink when I came.

5 Star Hotel in Excellent Location

Centrally located superior hotel near museums and restaurants. Staff courteous and helpful. Visited Prada Museum and ate at Sobrino de Botin, the oldest restaurant in Europe, dating to 1725. The lamb was excellent.
