Stayed at the hotel up to it’s temporary closing on March 15th. The general manager Monica and her team were exceptional. It was a very scary time and the staff was gracious and highly professional. They tried to help me cancel travel reservations but none of the airlines were picking up calls. Grateful for the team making a difficult situation bearable.
We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and the amenities were decent. Not much of a view in the room. It faced a wall with figures of the hotel mascot. Staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast in the hotel was excellent with a large spread.
It is a bit far to walk to the main tourist sites, but just about 20 min via taxi or Uber. The metro is conveniently located around the corner.
The room is not particularly large, and for that price is alright, the location is convenient. For the same price, you can't stay in a hotel of this specification in a popular location. Very close to malls and restaurants. Some rooms have patio windows, but everyone goes out to play during the day, so it’s not too necessary. Of course, the price is relatively low. Dinner in the restaurant is expensive, it’s not bad.
