I love this hotel, it is busy, it is buzzing, it is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, and the staff are marvellous. Food was good with a wide selection of food. They have hand gel dotted around so it is very hygienic. Hope to visit Torremolinos again, lovely place, it is worth a visit
Had a lovely family room , looking at the sea, food was excellent and the hotel is very clean, measures in place to protect people from COVID are excellent. You would feel safer here than in the uk. I would definitely recommend the hotel . It’s a really fantastic hotel that supports the local businesses and economy. I have stayed here before in the apartments which are clean and tidy. I have never had an upset tummy here or felt I’ll despite the other reviews .I would recommend the place for families. All inclusive here means all inclusive. It’s a great family hotel
Me and my boyfriend spent our 7 days of holiday on this hotel. When we arrived (12 am) the men from the desk said to us that we have to come back at 14 pm because our room was not ready.. This was fine and we go on a walk&after 2 hours we came back and this time he said that in our room the air conditioning doesn't work and they will give us a room near the hotel(untill next day in the MORNING) with ants and air conditioning wich doesn't work!!! We couldn't even sleep on the first night! I find ants all over my clothes! I paid 200£ extra for a room with see view! Next morning we go directly to the reception because they promise that they will give us our room with see view for what we paid! &again they said to us to come back at 15 pm! Because they don't have a free room! I lost 1 day with changing rooms! I come in my holiday to relax and enjoy not to run from the beach and back to "catch" a free room. The food was tasteless! And almost the same every day. Me and my boyfriend feel very sick because of the food had diarrhea and abdominal pain ( this stop as soon as we arrive home!).i wanted to rest myself in this holiday but seems impossible with the maids in the morning!! Very very noisy!!! The only good thing in this holiday was the impressive sea view from the balcony! We will never return
