Red Level lounge closed. No exlusivety.Breakfast opens at 08.30 despite information on TV that it opens at 07.30. Cleaning of room extremely bad. Stll not rectified after informing reception several times. This hotel should not be open in Covid time, when they cannot get it right. do not recommend it at the momnet.
Just returned from a family holiday at the hotel Grand Melia Don Pepe and would highly recommend. The hotel was very Covid friendly and clean and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful or accommodating particularly the manager Abel and the pool attendants Rafa and Raouel. Perfect base in Marbella.
We were meant to stay at the Puerto Banus property but where upgraded to this hotel instead. Spend a lot of time at the hotel enjoying the pool and dining facilities, I could not recommend more this hotel for a relaxing holiday at the sea. The staff at the hotel were always super friendly and helpful and we felt always very well taken care of. We'll be back.
