We were transferred to this hotel as ours was closed due to Covid 19 and we were not disappointed.
The room was spacious and appeared to be recently renovated. It was clean and modern with a kitchenette, spacious living area with sofa bed and kitchen table, a large power shower and pleasant bathroom and a separate twin room with double storage. We also had a twin balcony overlooking the beach.
Everything is within walking distance, the beach is across the road and the main strip is a 5 min walk away.
There's shops close by and a cafe below the apartments.
There are several other beaches along the strip which are also worth checking out.
Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
we arrived at 12 midday ish and our room was ready. it was surprisingly large. with a double bed, sea view balcony, small kitchenette and a nice ensuite.
the kitchen has a fridge, microwave, 2 ring cooker, toaster and kettle. it also has a small breakfast bar with stools to eat at. it also has all the cutlery and crockery you need.
the ensuite has a hairdryer and there are towels and body wash/shampoo provided.
it is in an excellent location across the road from the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
Now onto the staff. the man who met us in reception, think he works days, was amazing. couldnt do enough for us. I broke a glass and offered to pay but he wouldnt have any of it, on our last day he extended our checkout time from midday until 3pm at no extra charge.
This is a lovely hotel, excellent value for a 3 star, but has 5 star staff and customer service.
Just back from great week staying at the stella maris apartments. Stayed in a one bed room had all you could ask for .great view over the sea from a good sized balcony.building was old but clean and well looked after .had decent size pool and enough sunbeds . Everyone off the staff were friendly and helpful which you dont get everywhere . Lots nice walks on your doorstep and good supermarket 3 min walk away . Would recommend the sandpiper restaurant ate there three times food and service are excellent. Only negative is about the area not apartments very quiet at night not much entertainment to go to .would def stay again if go back someday .
