Short break holiday. We stayed in this hotel for a few days. Hotel is just few min walk to the beach, very nice and clean room with the balcony. Food always fresh and a lot of choices. Very friendly staff :-)
Highly recommend x
This hotel on first impression looks like any other high rise. But as soon as you walk into reception you can tell the hotel is a very classy joint indeed. Adults only which for me is fabulous. Due to the package we booked we had 2 complimentary spa visits each with either a full body massage or facial included in the price and the massage was just devine. All the staff from the cleaners to the hotel management and everyone in between were awesome. Professional, friendly and super polite. Raul the restaurant waiter was brilliant at what he does and works so hard the food for every meal was fantastic and it was all top quality ingredients. The weather for the first week of March was great 22-24 degrees every day but it is unusual to be this warm at this time of year. I took my mom of 79 years of age following the passing of my dad 8 months ago as they loved Benidorm and she absolutely loved this hotel. All in all to us it was a perfect week away in a fabulous hotel.
We had a superior room on the 15th floor. Personally I would recommend the rooms with odd numbers because you get more of the evening sun. Plenty to do at the hotel with activities during the day and good quality entertainment in the evening. Rooms were always spotlessly clean as was every area of the hotel. My only grumble is that the room was too warm and the airconditioning was off.So, we opened the window and the noise from the revellers kept us awake even on the 15th floor. Felt the spa was expensive for what it was but everything else was all inclusive so no problem there. Staff wise everyone was friendly, in particular the reception staff were all very helpful and Nicky was a great source of information and help.
