i will definetely bring my family back to this hotel. i loved the location the staff the parking though i had to pay for it . Very clean nice view .. The lifts are well located the reception is very clear clean.great and very friendly staff. well informed touring maps.
Arrived on 20th September 2019 and was impressed with its imposing height as we approached by taxi. Entering the reception it looked outdated and needed a total refurb,the staff at the front desk was pleasant and told us breakfast was extra at a charge of 16 euros for the buffet and 12euros for the basic breakfast . I thought this was expensive. We had room 911 and was extremely disappointed as it had no wardrobe and tea and coffee facilities in the room. The room was stuck in the 1980's and that's being kind!.2 single beds and a shower and toilet you couldn't swing a cat in. Also the shower cubicle leaked into the toilet area too. No USB sockets either
My 2 friends and I stayed here from 18th to 20th september. We got room nr. 1002. Unfortunately, the windows were dirty and we could hear the cars' noises from the motorway underneath.
However, the room was big and clean. The food at the breakfast buffet was fresh and varied. The waiters were friendly and helpful. WIFI worked perfectly.
