We stayed at the Arlington for a couple of nights for handiness to attend a hospital appointment.. we've stayed in the Arlington quite a bit over the years and have always been impressed with the high standards of hospitality offered by this fantastic hotel and it's team. This time was no exception..absolutely everyone we met were courteous, friendly and above all else, professional and hard working. We were blown away on the Saturday night by how all staff members pulled together and worked so hard to cope with an extremely busy restaurant floor service and bar. It was their first Saturday night open after lockdown and they were run off their feet but coped amazingly. I have to mention a few staff in particular who stood out to us, Isabella and Erica who served us on both nights of our stay..so hard working and even though extremely busy, they managed to acknowledge our daughter who was with us and made time
for a friendly chat with us. Anthony on the breakfast shift who was also so friendly and ever so professional. The breakfast we got was amazing as was dinner on both night.. The barman were also lovely (I think Jason was the chap we were chatting to Sunday night), lovely guy and I'm sorry if I've gotten your name wrong! Also, of course have to mention Mags on reception who has been there everytime we've stayed at the Arlington and seems to do everything from checking in to helping in the restaurant, an absolute lady to deal with and a trojan to work. And last but not least, Gearoid, the deputy general manager could not have been more helpful to us for every aspect of our stay.Every member of your team there are obviously team players and it's evident that this is what keeps the cogs running so well to keep this amazing hotel operating so smoothly. We had a fantastic stay yet again and can't wait to return again as soon as possible. Thank you to everyone at the Arlington. We have always recommended this hotel and will continue to do so!
My husband Mark and I held our wedding reception here on 22nd August.
The day was spectacular, the staff of the hotel were superb. Gearoid and the team ensured everything went smoothly. The guests all said it was the best wedding they had been to.
We would happily recommend the Arlington for an wedding or function.
I held my wedding reception and Kellie, Garry and Gearoid could not of been better hosts. We were treated like film stars, complete with red carpet. Our guests said that it was one of the best or the best wedding that they had been to. Without the excellent staff and food and drinks along with bedrooms at The Arlington we would not of had the spectacular day that we had. We left the reception in their hands on the day.
Thank You to you all
