Stayed here for 10 days. Lovely place. Nice food with plenty of choices. Apartments cleaned regularly. Wonderful friendly helpful staff. Very very good considering the current pandemic situation. Had a good relaxing time.
We spent 7 nights here at the end of August into early September in a 1 bedroom apartment as a family of 4 and we really enjoyed this place. The apartment was very spacious, infact it was more like having your own small private villa. We were lucky enough to have a room looking onto the pool. Having 2 very young children we found the kids pool an excellent size for them.
The bar and restaurant staff were great and really friendly and the restaurant food was much better than I was expecting. The piri piri chicken was excellent.
It is about a 25 minute walk to the centre of Carvoeiro, which we did every day, and enjoyed admiring all the villas on our walk down. I believe usually there is a shuttle bus running to take you down to the centre. A taxi back from the centre was 5-6 euros.
We would love to visit this fantastic resort again.
We stayed at Colina Village last year and had a super 3 bedroom house which simply had everything we could possibly want. The pool both indoor and outdoor were excellent and the bar food at the pool was adequate. This is a lovely resort and really good value for money. A little out from Corveiro but a courtesy bus is provided and anyway taxis are cheap as it would not be safe to walk with no footpaths for most of way. Overall a lovely resort with tennis and massage available if you want. Not top of the range but you get good value for money.
