We stayed for 4 weeks last winter and thoroughly enjoyed our time at CPO. The location is superb and the staff is outstanding. It was our first time to Portugal and we were so impressed with CPO, the people of Portugal, the cuisine and the beauty of the country that we had planned to return for 10 weeks this winter. Alas, Covid-19 had other plans for the world. We hope 2022 will bring a return to normalcy and allow us to return to the place where so many fantastic memories were made!
I love this hotel! It was very quiet and isolated during the pandemic in November but the hotel has such a beautiful garden with beautiful lights, Christmas decorations,fountains,statues and beautiful rooms, it made me feel like I was in an Oasis.
The Beach is also very close and beautiful.
It is simply one of the most beautiful places I have ever vacationed at.
I had a booking for April 2020 which the hotel were not able to fulfill so I was due a refund. I have spent 7 months trying to get a refund. They have now stopped taking my calls entirely. Micheal Ishan has given me empty promise after empty promise, even asking me to return a refund form which has gone nowhere. Awful company to deal with, I am owed over €1,000 and will not be giving up on this.
Don't waste your time booking with this hotel.
