Visited the hotel for a weekend last August
Had very high expectations for this hotel
And it really lived up to it
The front office were really kind, warm and welcoming
The restaurant and the bar was amazing and particularly the ambiance of this hotel was superbe
The hotel itself was pretty well situated
Will surely come again.
I enjoyed my stay here. Friendly staff. A lot of measurements for COVID19.
The only problem and the most biggest problem, is the air-conditioning. It's annoying, because apparently it's a problem which all the staff members are aware of.
Someone came to turn it off and it went on again. Later on, other people complaint about it too.
So please, fix this problem! Please!
Very friendly and cheerful staff who are always willing to assist. Nice, clean and comfortable room even if it's a squezze. Good breakfast buffet. The train is about 10 minutes walk but the wind is rather chilly. There's a boat that goes to Centraal just behind the hotel. Only 1 trip at 9.30 daily. Uber and taxi is easy to get.
The TV was a bit of an issue. It switches off by itself for no apparent reasons.
Overall, a good stay.
