I was an expat living in Marrakech. Four of us joined the gym. I broke my arm and my start date was delayed and acknowledged by the gym managenent. Then the pandemic hit and we were locked down. Then as expats we all had to leave the country and the Radisson has refused me a refund. Despite doing all the paperwork for them not one cent was refunded. Disgraceful !
I spent 2 nights here in middle of Covid hitel had great hygiene measures and staff wore colourful masks As it was quiet my loval tour operator secured me an upgrade to the suite room which was beautifully designed space bright huge bathroom double sinks luxury..
I m very pleased with the service , also very clean gd location . The staff was very helpful. I would like to thank MR Yassine working at the restaurant for his prompt reaction to all our requests . The pool is heated , great gym one of the best I ve been in a hotel.
