Kenzi Club Agdal Medina is a family-friendly hotel in Morocco. It's set in gardens planted with native trees and shrubs, and is a short drive from the centre of Marrakech. The hotel's public rooms are influenced by Moroccan architecture. There's a collection of seating areas in the marble-clad lobby, as well as a bar serving local drinks. The hotel has several outdoor swimming pools; a lagoon-shaped main pool, a heated courtyard pool, a smaller one for children with 1 water slide and an integrated one for children with 2 water slides. You can order a drink or a snack from the pool snack bar, and find a sunny or shady spot on one of the terraces. The hotel also has a gym and a spa for adults only, and an indoor heated swimming pool. The spa has a hama and a sauna, and you can book a massage or beauty treatment. If you want to stay active during your holiday, there are tennis courts, rackets and balls available. The hotel also organizes daily sporting activities such as basketball, football and boules, and you can join in with an aerobics or aqua aerobics class. In the evenings, there's family-friendly entertainment such as live music. Marrakech's famous market square, Jemaa el-Fnaa, is a short drive away. The hotel's regular shuttle bus service takes guests to the Medina (old town). If you want to play some golf, the 18-hole Montgomery golf course is a short drive from the hotel, and equipment is available for hire.
Jemaa el-Fnaa square is 5km from the hotel. The square and marketplace is home to musicians and street theatre, as well as food stalls. Marrakech's old town is a maze of streets and souks where you can shop for traditional Moroccan crafts and souvenirs. You can visit the Bahia Palace, which has lavishly decorated rooms and acres of garden. Marrakech's new town district, GuÈliz, has a range of restaurants, pavement cafes and boutiques. If you want a peaceful afternoon, you can visit the Jardin Majorelle, a botanical garden. Away from Marrakech, the Ourika Valley is a day trip from the hotel. At the foot of the Atlas Mountains, the valley is cooler than the city and has diverse wildlife. There are walking paths to follow, and a selection of small cafes along the way. The Agafay desert is 40km from Marrakech, where you can canoe on Lalla Takerkoust or take a tour of the sands.
The main buffet restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It offers international cuisine and has outdoor seating. The pool snack bar offers late breakfast, lunch and snacks. In the evening you can also choose to have dinner in one of the three a la carte restaurants.
The hotel has a kids' club for ages 3-12, and a teens' club. Children can play mini golf or make a splash on the water slides.
All rooms have a balcony or terrace. Inside, there's a mini-fridge and air conditioning, as well as Wi-Fi and a satellite TV.

We feel at home, and we promise return back very soon
My experience is a bit different as I'm here on a 9 days quarantine stay paid by the government, it doesn't change the fact that I should be treated just as good as any other guest.
We arrived on the 3rd of July which means I've been here for 3 days so far, here's my experience briefly :
1 - A/C : It's 44 degrees as of now in Marrakech, A/C in my room isn't working at all, I've called several times for the past 2 days to be told that they're working on it, nothing has happened since. I've now slept 3 nights with my balcony door open, waking up everyday with multiple mosquito bites and dead cockroaches in my room. I went outside to complain and met a guy who I believe is a manager who told me that they have instructions from the government about not turning on the A/C as it's centralized and might somehow cause spread of the Coronavirus. I do respect this safety measure but the A/C in my friend's room who is just next door is perfectly working, and he totally contradicted what the lady from the front office was telling me on the phone about it being fixed.
2 - Food : We are served 3 meals a day, I've had 9 meals so far, 4 out of this 9 were served cold, no soft drinks at all, was only served an orange juice on the first morning, which means no coke or whatsoever for both Lunch and Dinner, you can have water only.
The lack of respect these people have for their guests is astonishing, I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life and have never felt this humiliated.
