ibis Marrakech Centre Gare

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I stayed at the second floor. I didn't serve breakfast here, because I wanted to eat authentic Moroccan food.

Crashed here after our flight home was cancelled. The staff were nice and helpful but the rest was abysmal. The sheets smelled of body odour and pillow cases were on inside out. Hall stunk of cigarettes even though we were on a non smoking floor. The window had a large crack in it and looked as if someone had tried to punch through it. The shower doors were seemingly engineered by someone who had never taken a shower as they didn't meet the ground and water got everywhere. The room is quite warm and the temperature controls don't seem to do much of anything. And finally the grate for the air vent will fall out of the ceiling in the middle of the night for no reason and wake you up. Stay in one of the many beautiful riads instead.

Stayed at Ibis centre gare for four nights, the location is excellent as you have the train station right next door. Pool area is also very nice but no doubt the hotel is definitely not to an Ibis standard. The rooms are pretty tired, the paint looks like a child has done it and the bathroom was pretty grubby. Have to admit that the mattress was extremely comfortable. Not the worst stay considering how cheap it is.
