We loved our stay at the Diwane hotel, it was really well presented and the staff were really attentive. The pool area was lovely, really clean and the pool attendant was amazing (the pool is freezing though). Everyone at the restaurant and reception were lovely. The only thing I would say is that we were massively over charged for taxis, we asked the hotel to book them a few times, we paid 100 dirhams for a single trip to the main square (our local guide said we shouldn't be paying more that 30). The rooms are great and the general decor of the place is amazing. The breakfast buffet was also the perfect addition to the hotel. We used the spa facilities twice, the first time for a 'oriental feet beauty' treatment, we were quite dissapointed with this as they really rushed it to the pointed that they hurt my mother's foot and she was bleeding. When the lady had finished with me she went and helped the other lady with my mother, each on one foot, meaning she was in a very undignified position!! We thought we would give the spa another chance on our last day and had the Argan oil relaxing massage and it was amazing, we had different people this time and they were much better. Overall, such a great place and I would definitely stay there again.
I liked it a lot. The staff is really friendly and I received a lot of help from reception (I don't remember his name unfortunately) and bartender Nassser was also very helpful. Very nice people.
The stay was very positive, and for me the ones that helped me out I am very grateful.
we stayed in Diwane hotel in february. i wasn`t sure what to expect having never been in morocco but i was very impressed from the start. the doorman took our cases from the taxi and showed us to reception where he brought us some mint tea while we filled in registration form. we were given a nice room that overlooked the pool. the house cleaning staff presented our room each day with a new animal made from our towels. every member of staff were excellent. the food was of a very high standard and you could order beer or wine in the restaraunt or at the pool . all in all a lovely stay in maybe the best hotel in the new town
