Choose your board basis
Marco is a guy who works at the reception and helped me find my lost cell phone
Oscar is a guy who works as a janitor who helped me get where I wanted to go.
All the entertainment equipment is very good (and for them I put 5 stars) but I want to put special emphasis on these two guys.
They have a farm with very cute animals
The water park is a show
The kids club has an in-house player
It is full of exotic animals that walk near you
The theater is excellent and has a tremendous light show.
Cons (I must clarify that my stay at the hotel is in low season, I assume that in high season they correct these errors)
Tuscany is the wild card restaurant and it's honestly bad. The beer is hot, there is an aggressive waiter who attends, the speakers emit a horrible beep at the same time as they emit music, not all child seats have a belt.
The beach is small
The masseurs offer you their services all day (we got to reject them about 14 times in one day)
Room service has little variety
At night, the smell of animal manure is strong
Wi-Fi a dread. Places without signal, constant disconnections. Bad system, bad sign.
Room service dishes may spend two more days without being picked up. must call
