We only stayed 3 nights and I have to say the service was amazing! First contact was with Enrique at the World of Hyatt who show us all possible upgrades available and was very patient. Later we talked to Paulina who went above and beyond on every question or requested we made. Spice was a great place for breakfast and lunch, Arturo was a pleasure to talk to. He was like a magician, it felt like he could read your mind and bring you what you were just thinking of. Finally we met Chef Mitzi who made the impossible possible I found me a couple of fresh wild fish and prepared them specially for us! Delicious!
The only disappointing part was Pelicanos, we had good breakfast there , but lunch was disappointing the 2 times we ate there.. food had no flavor it all! At Marie Marie the service was so so and the food a hit or miss, a couple of dishes were delicious and other 2 were very inedible. The desserts we got (flan and 3 leches) were bad too. The best meal we had was at the Hibachi! Finally the coffee shop was delicious! I wish I remember their names because service was great and all coffees and pastries were delicious!
Our “butler” Fernanda was exceptional and made our stay very special. All the amenities were as described. We met so many fun people and the evening entertainment kept us happy to be on property. On the final day of our trip Jose Luis and Abigail gave us a warm send off - see the pic of our coffee to go. We too were sad to be leaving such a beautiful place!
