Erick made our trip so much better! He works at the Albatros restaurant and he is an amazing professional. He performed excellent service and cared a lot about how we felt in the restaurant. We chose to have dinner at Albatros every day because of the great people that worked there.
Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for 10nights and to say we were pleasantly surprised is an understatement as per reading people's previous reviews and comments regarding the property and staff is very laughable. Our room which was a swim up was immaculately clean and spacious and having direct access to the pool was a massive advantage as we could use it freely and as much as we wanted, the staff at Flamingo are exceptionally great and will go above and beyond to meet your requirements and provide you advise and service when needed. Massive shout out to Alberto and George as there English was better than some English people I come across on a daily basis back at home and they made you feel very welcome at the Flamingo Hotel,the guys at reception were also very helpful when an issue occurred and we're very quick to sort the problem and always had a smile on their faces. Now as per any holiday you get what you pay for and reading some reviews you would think that those writing them must believe there a cut above anyone and deserve to be treated like Kings and Queens and feel the staff should wait on them hand and foot, believe me if you treat people greatly they will do the same and all I can say is the experience I had at this hotel was very welcoming and I would definitely return in the near future and would request the same room I had previously. For anyone thinking of staying here don't read all the negative reviews and make an judgement for yourselves as I believe some of the reviews on here are unjustified.
Excellent attendance and service performed by the waitresses Erick, Alvaro and Edgar. They are amazing professionals always looking to improve guest’s resort experience. Flamingo’s Resort has a great cost benefit. It was a great experience! - Nicolas & Katia
