The Preluna Hotel sits on the waterfront in one of Malta's most popular resorts. Bustling Sliema has lots of shopping opportunities, as well as dining and nightlife. The hotel is on the promenade, a short walk from the centre of the resort and steps from the beach. This city centre hotel has views of the sea and across the bay to Malta's capital city, Valletta. It has a main outdoor pool and a separate kids' pool with sun protection. There's also a sun terrace on the 8th floor, where you can enjoy the views. If you'd like to relax out of the sun, the hotel also has a heated indoor pool. On the rocky beach below the promenade, the hotel has its own beach club with a bar. During the summer, you can have lunch here too. Back at the hotel, you can enjoy after-dinner drinks at the main bar, which is open until late or at the Sky bar. The hotel has four restaurants, one for buffet meals and the others serve ‡ la carte. There's outdoor seating available at the burger/grill restaurant. If you like to keep fit on holiday, you can work out at the gym. The hotel also has a spa with a sauna, and there's massages and beauty treatments available too. In the evenings, you can enjoy the hotel-run entertainment, which usually includes live shows, or play a few rounds of pool or mini golf.
Preluna Hotel & Spa is steps from the rocky beach that lines Sliema's waterfront. The beach is accessible via steps. Sliema promenade stretches along the seafront of the peninsula and you'll find it lined with restaurants, cafes and bars. Sliema is also the main resort for shopping in Malta. There's a shopping centre, a short walk from the hotel, as well as a range of boutiques around the harbour. There's a sports centre and golf course 6km from the hotel. Malta's capital city, Valletta, is across the bay from Sliema, and you can catch a ferry there from the harbour that's a short walk from the hotel. In Valletta, you could spend an afternoon exploring the winding streets of the old town or have a traditional dinner in one of the many restaurants.
The buffet restaurant is open for breakfast, late breakfast, lunch and dinner. The a la carte restaurants serve Japanese, Italian and grilled cuisine. There are kids' menus available. Room service is also available if you fancy breakfast in bed.
