Beside the fact that this hotel is in a good location,the rooms are clean and well maintained. Very accessible to food deliveries and its connected to a mall.But i want to especially mention hotek staff ARIZAN for sincerely helping me to track my lost package. he tried the best he could to call, follow up and track my package.He truly made my stay. And the other staff too. All the best. And i do hope to come back.
It was my first time staying in Sunway Pyramid hotel despite it is only 15km away from my house. when we arrived in hotel, front desk staff had given us useful guide on the parking and others facilities. the hotel staffs are nice and speedy service when we requested things and the hotel room was very comfortable to stay.
The staffs are very friendly and attentive. Personally like one of the staff by the name of Ali. Very friendly, polite and try to cater on your needs. Will check every now and then even on his off day on your staying in the hotel.
Definitely my 1st choice hotel in PJ.
