Good convenient hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Room price is good for the size of their rooms and the location. They have started charging parking at rm10, guess is due to limited space around the area. Overall an enjoyable stay

我想先声明,我算是你们的loyalty customer,从你们的酒店还未翻新到翻新途中再到residence还没建起,你们的酒店是我的首选。但是,为何今年你们的服务如此的差呢?

我在8月8号入住你们酒店,第一,房间冷气不冷,我有打电话去前台,说会安排维修人员上来,但是冷气并没有任何的改善。第二,这个入住是有有包含早餐的,吃完的空碟子,没有人来帮忙收拾,你们的服务员在那边东张西望没有帮忙来收拾一些餐盘,还需要我亲自放在你们的tray上,可笑的是,你们员工看到客人亲自收拾碟子...
