A very comfortable, very clean room..love the hotel ambience..a very friendly and helpful staff and very much thank you to manager mr safaruddin as making our stay the most memorable stay for me n my husband during our birthday..would definitely come back again..

The busiest street Bukit Bintang which has a nice and cute little Hotel called ANSA KL and the hospitality is as equal to the five star hotel in KL. Please do stay here and you will feel the touch of what is called Hospitality in a hands of caring and loving personnel. The FOM Ms Min & the FOA Ms Oon who you will see at the front office makes you feel that you need to keep on coming back all this credit goes to the Hotel Manager Ms Low Siew Peng as everyone says all starts from the top management where the flows correct. Credit to me SPLow and I think the hotel has so many great personnel and they are the asset for ANSA KL. Hotel Manager Ms SPLow you have made the place such a great place for a good break. Me and my wife feels like home when we were here cont 2 weeks in a row and more to come. we love to be in the room and explore a little walk about in BBintang. No complaints at all during our stay and the hotel is quiet and we have a peaceful rest as tired of traveling. Please do keep up the great job. Ms SPLow Congrats and credit to your achievements.
