Very nice hotel on third floor of an old palazzo. Some young people manage the hotel and are always helpful in providing advice and tips what to see. Venice was incredibly empty for a late September due to the COVID situation but the Italians seem to have everything under control with masks, desinfectants, temperature check, etc. Rooms not very big but with nice, relatively new bathroom.

Not to be put off by COVID-19, we ventured to Venice. I booked seven different hotels before settling on this one. It is an absolute gem. Very impressed. Very intimate, with only six (I think) rooms. Superb setting right by Rialto Bridge and the water bus stop to/from the airport. Just about see San Marco from our window and a canal view, if you poke your head out enough and look down. Stunning view of Grand Canal from breakfast room. Great price too. Would stay here again.
