we spent one night there, when we arrived I immediately had the impression we where in one of those big resorts..and I was right.. the staff wasn't well prepared about giving you all the information, they gave us a bracelet to make us recognizable at the entrance ( but no-one really cared about you ) and they gave us our room key.
The room would have been nice if it would had been renovated, there was all you could need.. but everything was pretty run-down.
breakfast was OK.. 9,00 euro each person.
The dining area was the only one renovated.
The positive note is the Strategic location, right next to La Pelosa Beach, that way you can leave the car there and walk without paying extra money for the parking.
for one night it's Ok.
We stayed here recently for a conference. The location is nice and the beach was lovely. Staff was friendly and generally helpful. The food was available at mealtimes, and was abundant, and there was always a wide selection of offerings; it was fine, but nothing special. The bar was decent. The rooms were pretty stark and shabby but were acceptable. Although wifi was advertised, there was NO WIFI IN THE ROOMS, a concern for a conference location. The rooms had fridges. The grounds were nice, and conference needs were met. There is an ATM in the lobby. All in all adequate, but not something I’d recommend.
Overall out stay int he hotel was pleasant and good .
On the good side:
Good quality of food and wine
Private beach, free sun loungers and free canoe
Amazing sea views
Helpful and friendly staff
On the not so good side:
Flies in the restaurant - Hotel really needs to do something with this
The rooms are old and bathrooms specially need refurbishment
Beach needs to be cleaned of seaweed
Staff speak very little English, especially in the restaurant
Breakfast is very poor
