Really enjoyed my stay at this central hotel, close to Termini Station. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful in these challenging times. Room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Breakfast was good and served to you in your seat rather than buffet due to Coronavirus, waiting on staff were excellent too. Would highly recommend staying here if you want a mid-priced hotel close to transport links and walk-able to the main sites!
So we had originally arranged a stay at a different hotel, when we arrived that hotel was boarded up with just a telephone number on the door. When we rang the number it put us through to this hotel who were amazing, they handled everything so efficiently and helped ease our distress. They honoured our booking (the other hotel wasn’t a Best Western) and gave us 2 lovely rooms, no fuss at all. We were so very grateful and will definitely make this hotel our first choice when we return to Rome.
We stayed here for one night whilst transiting through Rome. Although the location is close to the station, and the entrance is clean, the room itself was very tiny and dark, despite paying for a larger room from their website. Bathroom was also in need of updating with scratched bathtub and scuff marks everywhere. Wouldn’t come here again for the money.
