Excellent hotel, rooms are great, beds are good, service is top and nice breakfast. Location is perfect too, it's on the quiete site of the river with the beautiful Boboli and Bardini gardens 'on the back' and all the city highlights on a easy walking distance. It's the third time that I stay in this hotel (with different groups of people) and the next time I visit in Florence I surely stay in this hotel again; it's a guaranteed great stay. I highly recommend it.
very good location in a quite area not far from downtown, kindly and helpful staff, parking is a bit costly, good breakfast with a great terrace considering the covid compliance , rooms are clean and newly refurbished
Good location, staff very helpful. Problem with first room ( the shower leaked) but we were moved the next day without any fuss. Breakfast was plentiful and great that we could eat outside on the terrace. Ronald our waiter was a delight!
