Guests will be fascinated by the structure that seems to be suspended between the blue sky and the deep blue sea with a majestic infinity pool overlooking the sea. Originally a 13th-century monastery, the hotel is situated in the middle of the Amalfi Coast, along which, to the north, can be reached Positano and to the south, Vietri sul Mare. The hotel is just 10 minutes' walking to the city centre and local attractions. Nearly all 53 rooms face the sea and are decorated in neutral tones and elegant furnishings. The hotel has two restaurants: “Kyushu” (available from April to October - inclusive), open for dinner, with an indoor area and an outdoor area, offering unique dishes created by chef Julian Marmol who combines Mediterranean tradition with the best of Japanese cuisine; “La Locanda” for delicious outdoor lunch prepared at the moment, near the pool and with sea views. An outdoor Infinity Pool (heated for the cooler months) offers spectacular, uninterrupted views of the Amalfi coast, while, during the coldest periods, the hotel also features an indoor heated pool. The spa offers a sauna and Turkish bath, as well as a gym with modern facilities. The large Presidential Suite lends itself as a refined space for meetings, for up to 30 participants. The cozy reading room, however, can accommodate groups up to 15 people. For weddings, the hotel offers its cloister from the 13th century as well as a consecrated Catholic church. Located next to the reception, the elegant Bar Dei Cappuccini offers a sophisticated drinks menu, snacks and cocktails and it has an outdoor terrace with sea views.

Stayed here in September and it's expensive so much so that the upgrade my wife paid for I still don't know how much but that's the one mark against.
The rest of the hotel is stunning, the service is excellent, the food stunning and the grounds are beautiful. Sometimes u really do get what u pay for. We stayed in the middle of the covid crisis but overall I am not sure it could have been better outside of it. The team there did everything they could and apart from face masks and temperature checks it was seem less.
I would recommend and would love to go back. The pool is beautiful and although the €20 salad is a bit of a joke just sitting round the pool, sipping wine and overlooking Minori is just the most idyllic way to spend you life. Luxury and beauty combined perfectly.
Better start saving so we can go back.
This place is truly wonderful!! The location, the facilities and the most amazing staff, who look after your every single need. I surprised my girlfriend for her birthday and it exceeded all expectations, will definitely being returning!! Thank you!!
What can one say about this place - it’s a gem amongst the most beautiful places in the world that we have ever visited. Absolutely breathtaking views, stunning location with beautiful rooms and wide spaces all amongst this former convent. Not the speak about the warm hospitality that was given to us each and every moment of our stay. Here is a special thanks to Serena who helped us with some special arrangements and reservations before we even arrived. Her professional but warm and kind presence made our stay even more enjoyable. Hard to top it, we’ll come back for sure.
