I write you today to say Many Thanks to all the staff of the Hotel Intercontinental Budapest.
I had really enjoyed my staying at the Hotel from wednesday 25th untill sunday 29th (early morning).
Begining by the doorman, who welcome you with his large smile and say welcome in French.
Then, at the reception (few differents womens and mens) who are always smiling, looking for the best services and trying to answer to all our questions
Then, the staff at the bar and restaurant, who are smiling too, purposing a good choice (reduced for cause of Covid) and are really kind by asking me how was my day if I enjoyed, etc ....
I don't want forget all the "invisible staff", who are cooking for us and who are cleaning the room and the hotel.
They are discreet but very effective.
In this complicated period, I really want to say "Köszönöm Baratom" to all.
They do their best for our, without many clients and trying to keep their enthusiasm and motivations, and that was really appreciated.
You could be sure that I will be back to your Hotel.
Köszönöm again, take care and stay safe,
I stayed here with my wife for a short break and the position of the Hotel was great overlooking the Danube we had a really nice stay here apart from an incidence in the club lounge with one of the chefs over a couple of boiled eggs he decided he didn't want me to have to which I replied "Don't you egg-nore me!" I'm sorry I had to do it the old ones are the best, anyway other than that the Hotel was up to its high standard Happy Dayz!
I love the location its next to chain bridge on the Danube next to Marriott, Sofitel and Vicci Street best for shopping and souvenir. Overlooking Danube rooms give you the amazing views of Buda hill and the lady statue on hill. we booked almost 150 rooms and i stayed in a junior suite which i loved! Food is good they have a cafe outdoor which is best to soak in sun sipping cocktails
