The Hotel is very convenient very near the Mongkok station and the ladies market.
Check in staff is so nice and helpful
And the room is very clean and have the good view. But is too noisy from outside..
We had a great stay at the iClub Mong Kok. We loved the location! Lots of restaurants around the area to sample.
Breakfast was included in our rate. It was a continental buffet breakfast. Pastries, coffee and juice, which was adequate for us.
The staff were very friendly. The housekeeping staff stopped and said hello and were very happy and smiley. A special mention to Jay, who worked on the front desk. He answered my questions and gave us good advice on where to eat. He also helped us get a late check-out which helped us enormously.
If we were to stay in Mong Kok again, we would stay here again.
Services and room amenities should be improved. Booking and room arrangement was confusing. Room amenities were not adequate even if a request was made upon reservation (before check-in). Location is convenient though.
