If you are from Germany mayby you can love this hotel but if not you will hate it.
If you like unpleasant receptionists and waiters, a lot of ants and lizards it's a good place for you.
First impression is very good. However, each hour spent here makes your stay more and more of a nightmare.
Services favour guest from Germany. They assume everyone is german and treat others with a pure racism. Receptionists cannot understand nor speak english and assume you're an idiot if you don't know german. If you have a problem it's your problem. Ants are fine for them, dirt is nice, sewage smell is desirable.
The best thing in this zoo was the anthill at the balcony door.
Never ever even think of coming here. If you're german, don't do it too, you might end up in a room full of insects and a smell like from gates of hell.
We tried 4 rooms, each of them was worse than the one before.
When we reported a hell lot of ants in the third room, reception sent a cleaning lady with a ant-killer spray who stormed into the room and immediately started spraying EVERYTHING. We almost choked to death there. The hotel must feel lucky we didn't have to call an ambulance.
TL;DR:
AVOID!!!
Walls made of cardboard, people moving furniture around the rooms, screaming, running, yelling, bashing doors from 6am-1am.

Sometimes too crowded at the buffet in the morning.
Nice pools, perfect location to visit the island.
