Atrium Platinum is the best of the best.
We were due to return for our second visit this summer but due to a tiny bug with a worldwide attitude, we are stuck in Sydney.
We postponed our trip for 2021! Their service is impeccable. Standards far better than what we’ve seen elsewhere. Rhodes too is a fantastic island and having family roots there, we decided to visit again.
Thanks a million!
Arrived at the hotel quite late and was handed a glass of champagne and a complimentary upgrade from room with private pool to suite with private pool! Great start to the holiday! Staff on Reception were lovely and welcoming. Escorted to the bedroom to find a fruit bowl and bottle of wine 😀 Ordered some room service as it was too late to eat at the restaurant and then took a midnight dip in private pool. Slept like a baby on the comfortable bed. The following evening around 7pm, the MOST gorgeous sunset appeared whilst sipping my wine in the pool. I'd read some of the reviews previously but wasn't expecting such a beautiful view, wow! The rest of the holiday was lovely, including spa treatment and lobster night at the hotel. Breakfasts were good with a lots of choice and bubbly. Rhodes old town is truly stunning and a must see. I preferred Rhodes town to the location of the hotel but it's only a five minute taxi drive. Beaches weren't great if I'm honest but that's no fault of hotel and the hotel pool is huge. If you like like large, luxury hotels then don't hesitate to book here. Thanks to Nadia who arranged a bottle of wine for friends room and gave me a goody bag to take home xx
I have been there in July 2009 with my 2y old son and we have had an amazing time. The staff of the hotel is by far a great asset, excellent customer service and care for its guests. Nadia in particular but the rest of the staff as well, go above and beyond to make you feel at home, providing a in a 5 star service. We needed some medical assistance and they’ve been very helpful and fast with that too. Great entertainment program for the kiddies, loved the fact they’ve thought about that. We used the kids club every day and most of the sessions they’ve scheduled. Facilities are great, clean, rooms are spacious and modern. The only thing I’d say is that the beach is not that great, a bit of a walk and stones( I prefer sand) which is why we spent most of the time at the pool. Would highly recommend for families.
