The hotel was amazing. I highly recommend!! Everything was perfect!! The rooms and common areas are very comfortable! Staff was exceptional and they definitely know the secret of good Greek hospitality. Beautiful friendly people, top professionals.
As we booked our stay in Mykonos towards the end of the peak season, meaning, many hotels and restaurants already started to close for winter, we were a bit unsure of where to stay, so we booked a simple hotel for our first night in order to find a more suitable option the next morning being on the island itself. Mykonos is jam packed with hotels, lodges, apartments and (luxury) villas, but as the internet may advertise hundreds of options: many of them sell a photoshopped image of something they do not represent in real life. As we trial and errored our way through hotels, by chance we came across a good review of Palladium hotel which happened to be a stone throw away from the hotel we were lodging at, (one not worth mentioning) so we checked it out.
Get ready for a major pleasent experience.
Upon entering the hotel: First class reception - welcome drinks, clear instructions of the hotel and generally positively overwhelmed by the hotel’s pleasing esthetic. They even have a small boutique with beautiful non touristic clothes and accessories. Next to having the most attentive and wonderful staff, the hotel is super well taken care of, smells nice and is clean (which we find very important.) The rooms are spacious and well designed, clean towles throughout the day, great soaps by one of my favorite Greek brands Korres, fast room service and fantastic housekeeping. Also the amenities are great: a gym, pool, spa — all is super well equipped. This hotel is a total winner. If you love comfort, luxury, great food (amazing breakfast buffet) kind staff, and don’t want to be far from the city center, this is definitely the place to be in Mykonos.
My friend and I just got back from a week at the Palladium Hotel and are completely overwhelmed at how incredible our stay was. The service was like nothing we had experienced before, and the hotel itself is flawless. Our whole holiday was perfect from start to finish, we were so relaxed and had a wonderful week, and that is largely down to our stay at this hotel with the lovely people who work there. I would recommend to everyone!
