Spent the last week of October and had a great time. Weather was great, staff welcoming and caring and the food decent and of a good quality. Creperie was a great addition and the opportunity for a late breakfast or snack was more than welcoming for us.
Recently returned from a weeks all inclusive with 2 teenage girls and my husband. We had visited the mitsis blue domes previously and expected the same level of 5 star.
The hotel itself is immaculate, rooms are large and clean but look a bit outdated. Mini fridge in rooms fab and topped up daily.
Check in was quick and efficient however Staff at reception don’t appear to have up to date information on where to obtain sports equipment and opening times of the different restaurants.
Themed restaurant food was lovely. Pool bar food and service was awful. Gyros, burgers and fries often cold and unedible.
Creperie and ice cream bar excellent, staff very friendly here.
Drink was poor. House wine awful. Cocktails and prosecco at the chess bar were lovely as was the service. Disappointed that these weren’t readily available at all bars.
Food in main restaurant was varied and plenty of choice.
Overall we enjoyed our holiday but not a 5 star based on previous experiences in the Blue Domes.
From arriving to leaving we had the most amazing holiday. Check in was swift and we were met with a nice cold drink and flannel. Once shown to our rooms we unpacked and went to investigate. The hotel is exceptionally clean. Staff are amazing everyone was friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
Food was amazing, we book the themed restaurants and the food was lovely. We hired buggy’s for two days which is a great way to explore the island, plaka forest to see the peacocks and cats is well worth a visit take along some cat food for the man to help feed the cats. Sunset at Zia was lovely, along with visiting Kos town.
All I can say is thank you for making our holiday a fantastic one. The food, drink, staff, lovely rooms made for a very relaxing holiday.
