The noise on a night was bad -people were evicted from the hotel due to their behaviour.
The food and drink is shocking. I lived on watermelon and aubergine the juices are revolting and undrinkable. The manager did rectify this after speaking to Jet2 rep and arranged for some juices for my room.
We like others ate out and used the bar at the end of the road.
The other pool bar was just as run down - we spent our time on the beach where it was peaceful and had beautiful views.
There is nowhere nice to sit on an evening also it’s freezing in the main bar.
The one good thing is that the manager is the nicest manager I have ever met and will do anything to help unfortunately he has so much to do here before it reaches a good 2*
Came to stay at this hotel on the 27th of October to 31st for my special birthday. On our arrival we thought the hotel looked a little tired ans dated in Recep ion area. We were shown to our room which was one of the bungalows, very modern and fantastic shower. The room we loved. There were alot of mosquitos in our room which took a hour to kill.. Not great after a long flight then ventured to restaurant for our tea. Food was average nothing amazing and ordered a soft drink.. Well it did not taste like orange it did not resemble orange. Then tried lemonade and the same didnt taste anything like it!! We hoped we could have a few drinks duing our stay so went all inclusive, shouldnt of bothered. As we ended up drinking out and eating out as drinks were the worst iv ever had on all inclusive. It was like drinking nail varnish remover..undrinkable and i really mean it. Cocktails 6 euro and they arnt the best either. Considering it was a special birthday, there was no bottle of fizz or anything which we have had in the past. Staff i have to say they were all very miserable behind bar and serving food. Beds not made or changed while there just towels and bins emptied. Towels were grotty and needed a good boil as they were supposed to be white but were grey. Think twice about booking here, we were disappointed. We wont be going back. 🤨
we booked a holiday to turkey with yourselves, unfortunately days before the corridor from the UK to turkey for closed, so we went into haha travel to look for an alternative destination, after a lot of looking and seeing the pictures of the princess of kos, we booked this hotel and paid more for this hotel. On arrival at the hotel you could see this hotel was run down and nothing like the pictures we had been shown in the travel shop. We were all shown to our rooms which again were not like the pictures. I had asked for a quiet high room and an upgrade if possible, unfortunately we were put in a first floor room which faced another block. The block opposite and the block we were in just seemed to be family's with young children and young people who late into the night were very noisy and on several nights were arguing outside there rooms, we were told the hotel was full by a member of staff and would not be able to move. The staff seemed very unhappy and this reflected in there attitude towards guests. We used to go down to the pool by the beach as the pool nearest the hotel itself was very noisy with family's and children. On the pictures enclosed you can see where most of the umbrellas were missing and a picture of my partners leg that she caught on one of the bases. The toilets for the beach and beach pool areas were very dirty and full of mosquitoes. We also spoke to the hotel manager about the amount of trouble with younger guests in the hotel and the amount of people not wearing masks, this just fell on deaf ears as he explained he only had one security guard to patrol the whole of the hotel and grounds. This was ment to be a good end to a rubbish year, we were getting married in August but this was called off due to covid, for our honeymoon we had a cruise booked and my best man and maid of honor were also coming with us, the cruise company went into liquidation, so we booked the holiday to turkey with jet2, and as you now this had to be cancelled hence why we booked Greece hoping this would finish the year off on a high, instead of finished on a low. The hotel itself looked like some from the 70s. There were more problems we were not happy about and w
