stayed here in September 2019 and enjoyed it that much we booked again as soon as we got home.. the week we went we actually fell lucky because thd covid outbreak didn't effect kos too much, during this the staff made us feel safe and very relaxed, we also lucked out with the weather that week as it was 30 degrees plus and not a cloud in the sky for 7 days.. the food in the hotel was nice, got a bit repetitive but you never went hungry.. the beer was OK and also some lovely cocktails obviously in with the all inclusive.. 2 nice size pools, a very big range of areas with sun loungers and the warm sea is on the doorstep all surrounded by lovely sights within the complex.. the rooms are standard but you shouldn't be going on holiday to stay in your rooms, kos town is a must visit which is a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by bus which stops outside the hotel, once you get there the harbour is full of fantastic boats that take you on sight seeing tours around the island for a small cost.. trust me you will not be disappointed with this place.
Must say we got lucky. We arrived on Saturday 24th october which is the hotels very last week. It closed on the Saturday we left 31st . So this meant that as the days went by there were less and less people in the hotel. This meant that all week we had no problems with sunbeds. Getting tables in either restaurants and the pools were nearly always empty.
The rooms are very basic but who spends much time in them anyway.
I never turn the TV on so I can't tell you what channels they have.
The drink are OK. If you want a mixer like vodka and lemonade etc you have to wait till 17.00hrs . I dont know why as you can get cocktails all day.
I've been to some all inclusives and you get food and drink pretty much 24 hrs a day but there times food isn't always available.
Food was pretty much repetitive but with imagination you can have a different meal everything. Sometimes it was a little cool and once i lost my table when I went to get my food. Location is wonderful. Right on the beach. And about a 20 to 30 minute stroll to kos Harbour where you can get boat trips or find a nice bar to watch the world go by.
The staff were absolutely amazing and are always willing to go the extra mile
The entertainment team were always working hard to get everyone involved. A good entertainment team always make a good holiday. If I was to stay here again I would get a bungalow down by the sea with the jacuzzi. They looked great. Overall this was a wonderful week for us especially with so few guests.
Well me and my partner got back a week ago. Originally had a holiday booked for Turkey but due covid we had to change destination. Check in was pretty straightforward, nice reception staff. Bit disappointed with our room as was a bit dated, but was clean and comfortable. Entertainment staff were full of enthusiasm. Realised after a few days that the alcohol was of low strength sadly. Had to get up early to have any chance of getting a sunbed, personally I like to lie in on my holiday but was not to be. Wasn't keen on the main resturant so we mainly eat in the Taverna. Staff seem to pile on the food when you pick what you want...must be a lot of waste. Gotta admit the food got a bit repetitive after a while so we eat out sometimes. Lovely location by the beach and quick taxi ride to Kos centre, or half walk. Overall the hotel was worth what we paid. Some staff seemed very over worked and occasionally grumpy. Loads of cats roaming around which I loved.
