This has to be one of the best holidays I have ever been on. I have never had service like it my life...but for the price tag that comes with it, it had to be mind blowing. Amazing staff throughout and an amazing hotel. Could not fault it in any way.
Simply divine! Ikos Oceania was our little slice of heaven this past summer. The food was outstanding, the spa was incredible and from check-in to check-out the staff went above and beyond. This has been the best all-inclusive experience we have had in the Mediterranean.
Words cant even begin to express how amazing this hotel is... I had the most incredible time and will most definitely be returning!
The reason this is such a 5* hotel is mainly because of the service, we just couldnt fault it. We spent most of our days at the beach which typically is a bit of a pain as it can be quite far away from any bars etc. to be able to get a drink. However, there was the most amazing lady who came by every 15 minutes to see if we wanted anything (not intrusive) just a wave if she could tell we didnt want anything. The drinks would literally be over within a couple of minutes. This was the case for all staff we spoke to, they were all so kind and happy to serve us and always with the biggest smiles on their faces!!
The food was another thing - it was so good!! Fresco was by far our favourite, Anya probably the worst but still okay.
All in all, the best holiday ever!! ☺️
