I didn’t want to write this review, because I want Sani to remain my family’s little secret, but I promised the staff I would write one to help them out after a horrible COVID restricted year for the resort, so here goes.
I’ve been meaning to write this review ever since we returned. It was the most incredible holiday we have been on and for the second year they delivered 5 star plus.
This year more than ever we needed a break and we needed to feel that we could relax. We were met by the gorgeous Christina at the door and various other staff throughout our stay made us feel incredibly welcome & incredibly valued and like nothing was too much.
I was overwhelmed when we arrived by the friendly professional welcome and this was maintained throughout our stay. The staff are without doubt some of the best I have ever come across in terms of that perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness and personal warmth. Although everyone was wonderful I particularly want to mention Paschalis, who often worked dinner and breakfast and every day provided us with a personal service that made us feel like royalty.
The room itself was absolutely stunning and maintained immaculately and I cannot fault it.
As mentioned before we have been to this result before so we knew what to expect of the surroundings and it did not fail to deliver once again. The sea is stunning the resort is beautiful the additional elements of bike rides and adventure go ape style things are exceptional and really add to a to make it a brilliant family holiday but to be honest even without those things you have the most amazing resort with fantastic staff and delicious food beautiful views and lovely weather.
I cannot stress enough how much the staff make this holiday. I have spent many years in hospitality working in hospitality and I know how hard it is to train people to give an optimum service. There is something that has to be within the person or within the culture of the company for it to transcend the service level and become something that is ingrained within the culture of the company. They managed to do this and sunny with a a level that is unparalleled in my recent experience. I can only commend those who we met and the people who are driving this experience because they are making peoples holidays into dreams. We can only thank you Sani for once again being a haven for us as a family and escape at a very stressful time of year.
Now that we stay home I have plenty of time to write a review as I promised to some of your employees!
We spent a marvelous holiday in Porto Sani during August in order to relax and stay covid-stress free! It was a pretty good choice as we were walking without masks everywhere even though the hygiene
standards were excellent.
The hotel had an amazing renovation this year and we appreciated the fact that it was not that busy as usual.
The staff everywhere without exception is well-trained and 5star! I asked though for some specific names because these people deserve recognition:
Olga- Tree Top adventure
George- Pool area
Dominika- Artemis restaurant
Thank you again Sani for giving us the opportunity this difficult year to experience a summer feeling!
I am so glad I get to play in the Rafael Nadal tennis academy because it is a dream. I enjoy playing there very much. The courts are very good. The workers there (Kleanthis and Dennis) take care of the courts every day which are very neat and well prepared for people to play. You also get water and towels while you play. The trainers are also very good they are very educated. In the Academy there are also awesome showers. They also have a shop which has very cool cloth, by the way. The academy is very clean too. I give it 5 stars.
