Complete disappointment, what a shame, such a beautiful place, with so many beautiful and so many pools, but terrible service, very rude staff, did not let us go to dinner because there is a dress code and my friend did not wear long pants and said or to buy or go after 9 o'clock for dinner, everywhere security guards with bulletproof vests, which they watch from everywhere, as in a casino, a pity, a unique place, for example, with such service we would not repeat....
I have been in the Spa with my boyfriend and it was really great!! We really can recommend it! Alexandra and Dina and Louli are really friendly and professional! It felt really safe and Comfortable!! we will definitely visit again!!
I can highly recommens to go to the Spa and have a massage like Cretan Massage or Deep tissue Massage with Melissa. She was very attentive and right on the spot when it comes to find and treat the problem spots. If you cannot choose yourself, ask Luli for her recommendation. She will advise you and direct you to the best massage option. Both very professional!
