Beautiful hotel with direct access to the beach and handy for watersport activities. Very kind and lovely staff specially Gianna, at beach bar and animator hotel team - Elena, Besa, Justina and Michael. When it comes to all inclusive; the food is tasty but repetitive and offered cocktails are definitely poor.
We are love this Hotel , i have been there several times and will come again in October. Everything is clean and safe. Also the Beach is very nice und clear water. The Animation and staff ist very funny
One week extra holiday in Crete at the 5 star hotel Annabelle Beach Resort.
Despite COVID-19 restrictions, the staff managed to give us a great experience.
Taste and pleasure are different from person to person - we were not very excited about dinner but we did not go to bed hungry :-)
The staff at the reception / restaurants and bars were nice and welcoming and always ready to help.
The hotel's entertainment team were fun, fresh and performed a mixed program for guests' enjoyment.
We got a room on the 1st floor and asked for a room at ground level which was immediately accommodated - very nice service.
We would love to come back again.
