Kontokali Bay Resort & Spa is a luxury option for a beachfront holiday in the Kontokali peninsula on the Greek island of Corfu. Kontokali Bay is 25m from Kontokali Beach and its sheltered waters. Kontokali village is 1.5km from the hotel and is home to several traditional Greek tavernas serving fresh seafood. Close by in Gouvia, you can see the arches of a former Venetian shipyard and watch the boats at the harbor. The hotel is a 6km drive from Corfu Town, whose Old Quarter is designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you can explore the citadel and cobbled streets or take a boat trip to the colorful marina and bay of Sivota. A daily shuttle bus service is offered by the hotel.
The hotel's main restaurant has a buffet service at breakfast and dinner. For lunch, a self-service selection is offered at the beach taverna and the two A la carte restaurants are open for dinner. The two bars serve refreshments throughout the day and night.

The location is a bit out of way with not much going on around but probably that's what you need for a relaxing holiday. Beautiful infinity pool. Room is clean but nothing special, the complimentary house wine is a nice touch. Breakfast is good, also the wellness area. Great to watch sunrise and sunset from everywhere: balcony, pool side or beach or restaurants.
This hotel is a handy 15 minute drive into Corfu old town, so perfect for exploring or if you want to eat out. It's also a 15/20 minute walk into Kontokali Bay Marina where there are a few options to eat from as well.
This is a fairly large hotel spread over the beautifully maintained grounds with a few different beach areas. The beach umbrella's have a button you can call for service which I thought was brilliant!
The rooms were clean but quite basic, not what I'd expect from a 5 star hotel. However, it had everything we needed and we didn't spend much time in the hotel anyway!
Beautiful, serene and perfect especially in the light of covid-19, the hotel and staff were excellent in dealing with that, we felt very safe. Great location, lovely beach, staff friendly and very helpful. We had a room with a sea view which was lovely and added to our experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide choice of dishes, fruits, cakes as well as the usual hot options. We were in need of a good rest and didn't do too much exploring but did find good local restaurants nearby. Overall just what we needed and we would be very happy to return.
