We got a Jet2 package deal ridiculously cheap and arrived Sept 22nd 2020. Great welcome received from Alexandra who smiles every time you see her. Full of enthusiasm. We asked for extras such as a kettle for the room it arrived before we got back. Great! Room was pretty basic in the old block but its quieter for us which we wanted. Welcome at the bar was nice and the team really made our holiday such a damn good time. Great interactive dj. Laura the girls Jacob & the lads thanks so much. Fab attentive service, nothing was an issue and the breakfast was all freshly cooked to order. This is an 18-30s hotel so you can imagine what it would be like , however for the end of season it was pretty mixed. The staff were exceptionally lovely & fab! The pool was spotless clean. We have had a great 7 days. The team even made us packed up sandwiches for our coach trip back to the airport. Thanks so much. Mike & Josette from Chester, Cheshire UK. Room P-18. Due arriving late in the night, we got put in a room where there was no crockery just a fridge. It is like a prison cell, and the reception said that they can't climb up it. But they can. Also got told to speak to them in the morning they can move us. It is shocking.
If you are young this place is for you. Encouraging drinking games whilst swimming. They clean the beach in a morning and sweep it into the ocean. They need to act responsible with environment.They don’t.....
