Stayed there last week on spa/breakfast offer deal which included spa and minibar, just 1 bottle of water for 3 nights !!!!!!. Turn out there were no spa no mini bar due to covid19. Pls don’t advertise it if you cannot provide it. However the hotel was lovely and clean and very good location.
This is my new favorite Berlin Hotel. I've stayed at many of the 5-star hotels, and paid a 5-star price. In my opinion this is a 5-star but priced like a 3-star. Loved everything about the Titanic Gendarmenmarkt. Service outstanding, location perfect and room great! Look no further!
What a great hotel but even better staff. Best stay we had in Europe. Thank you. The check-in, help with a 3rd party booking and just general help was amazing. Nothing was too much for the staff. We will be back for sure
