We came for a few months break in Sharm El Sheikh and visited a few hotels to mix things up, however we ended up returning to Cleapatra as it was by far the best all round experience. Fantastic service, fantastic food (we are big foodies) and all the meat was consistently superb and tender. Certainly would recommend without a doubt.

You will love this cozy and lovely hotel for everything, starting from the welcoming staff ,swift check in into a very clean and spacious room overlooking the infinity pool and the stunning sea view
The hotel landscape is great and relaxing
The food was very delicious but it was missing a little variety in the daily presented types
The heated pool is very nice with the lovely animation team who are doing your best to keep you entertained all the day beside the great daily night show
Overall experience was great and I'm looking to repeat it again and I encourage all the people to visit this hotel especially it has a very good value of Money .
We stayed at 3 different hotels during our trip to Egypt (December 2020 - January 2021), initially we reserved room for 3 nights at Cleopatra to celebrate New Year 2021 and planned to go to 4th hotel after that, but after first two days extended our stay at Cleopatra, 10 nights total in Luxury Sea View room.
Pros:
+ Each sunbed comes with windshield. We were very anxious about staying in Nabq during winder, but beach at Cleopatra was very comfortable, windshields protect you from the wind and weather was great during our whole stay. Our Nabq stay turned out much more comfortable than supposedly "protected" southern bays.
+ Large, clean beach, nice reefs. Lifeguard actively helped guests to reach coral reefs, swimming together with poor swimmers.
+ Food and beverages on AI package were pretty good overall, we didn't feel need to eat outside.
+ 2 a la carte dinners for free if you stay for 7 days. Risotto in seafood restaurant was great.
+ Front office managers resolved all problems quickly and supervised them personally. Ekaterine contacted us via WhatsApp day before check-in to arrange everything and together with Saleh responded to all WhatsApp messages quickly.
Cons:
Internet. There's free wifi across whole hotel territory, but coverage is erratic, poor speed and it disconnects all the time. Hotel offers paid router for rooms, but it doesn't help with blind spots and poor speed at beach.Some nitpicks:
Non-alcoholic beverages options are limited. Tea is very bad, and everything else is carbonated or has high sugar, so we had to take non-carbonated water and lemon and make a-la lemonade ourselves for most dinners.- Bar is far from beach, beverages are served by waiters but service varied from day to day, sometimes it was hard to catch waiter as he didn't go to further end of beach.
Neighboring hotel has activity pool near Cleopatra's beach, blasting resident area and beach with loud music and animation whole day. Maybe noise suppressing wall is needed.- Lots of mosquitos in evening, take some strong repellents with you, ones sold locally don't work.
Spa advertisers at beach sometimes are too persistent.Total Price
