Very helpful and friendly staff. The kids enjoyed to the max in the aqua park . The room air conditioner was not that good . The food was good. There was no entertainment in the night. The rooms were clean.
Actually it's my first time to visit Serenity hotel but it was really an amazing trip and sure i will repeat it again,the quality of food is the best and have a lot of varity for all types of food,staff are very friendly and helpful specially Mr.Alaa the manager,the most important thing is cleanliness and safety against covid-19 all staff always wearing masks anywhere,checking temprature for each person before entering the restaurant,keep a safety distance between tables,guests don't touch the food for safety and served well by the staff, Sanitizers on each table in the restaurant and outdoors .
I give that hotel 10/10 for cleanliness and safety against covid-19 and for food quality and for service .
Mostly recommend in Hurgada.

One of the best hotels ever , hygiene is to the point. rooms are fully equipped with an amazing view . the staff is very helpful. activities there are countless .thanks a lot for the unforgettable trip highly recommended for families couples and friends kids enjoyed there trip couples have their own relaxing. I have never seen an amazing beach with all of the coral beaches like that. Definitely will drop a visit again and again
