We stayed three nights earlier this month in a one bedroom suite which was extremely large and well laid out. Food was hot and well cooked with enough choice for everyone. The grounds are immaculately kept and everywhere is clean and tidy.
The staff however are what makes it and are a real credit to the hotel. Without exception the waiters, the pool boys, barmen, cleaners, reception and animation team are friendly and helpful. My husband has restricted mobility and managed to break his leg just before our holiday - the hotel leant us a wheelchair and constantly came to help us move around the hotel.
The beach is shared with other hotels in Medinat Makadi and there is a shuttle bus hourly. The beach is kept clean with a good choice of snacks for lunch including ice cream and waffles. Beach boys are always on hand to help as was the shuttle bus driver.

To be honest, everything was perfect. I've stayed for 4 nights and i was travelling solo, the food was very good, the rooms were perfectly cleaned and the staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.
