Grand Bavaro Princess All Suites Resort Spa & Casino (ex Bavaro Princess Hotel) is an All Inclusive beachfront hotel in the Dominican Republic. Bordering the mile-long white sands of Playa de Arena Blanca it's in the popular tourist area of Punta Cana. As part of the Princess Resort group of hotels, Grand Bavaro Princess All Suites Resort Spa & Casino (ex Bavaro Princess Hotel) gives you access to facilities at three of its sister hotels. You'll have plenty to choose from when it comes to mealtimes, including a la carte and buffet menus ranging from Italian to Japanese. You can be as relaxed or as active as you like at this hotel, whether you want to work your way through the spa menu, soak in the whirlpool or feel thoroughly cleansed following a hammam. When you have energy to burn, you can give kayaking a go or enjoy a game on the beach volleyball court. Kids can find space to let off steam too, at the international kids' club. If lying on a palm-fringed sandy beach is your idea of bliss, you can find yourself a lounger and signal to the waiter when your drinks run out. Or, if you prefer to stay poolside, there's a bar to keep your glass topped up.
Grand Bavaro Princess has a clothing store, gift shop and mini market all on site, so you may well find what you're looking for without venturing very far from your room. You'll also find the fine Caribbean sands of Arena Blanca right outside the hotel. Besides its beaches, Punta Cana is famous for its golf courses as well as its bird and marine life. If you do feel like exploring further afield, the hotel's peaceful, palm-shaded grounds are 500m from the popular tourist area of Plaza Bavaro.
You'll have a choice of eleven different places to eat during your stay, including nine a la carte restaurants serving Indian, Italian, seafood and teppanyaki menus. The hotel's two buffet restaurants offer breakfast and lunch, with one also open for dinner, and there's a snack bar to keep you going between meals.
Facilities at the hotel spa include a sauna, steam room, hammam and whirlpool. You can also choose from activities such as tennis, water sports and mini golf.
You can read a book on your balcony or terrace, or catch up with the news on the satellite TV channels.

This hotel is like paradise for those willing to enjoy the service and the ocean to the fully. Platinum princess club gives the best variety of services, restaurants offer delicious courses, buffet is also with lots of options to choose. The beach is clean, ocean is marvelous.
Restaurants and activities are not fully provided but that is due to low capacity and lockdown restrictions.
49. The menus are all viewed on their app which is great only the wifi is hit or miss. The one thing I would like to Express is... there is a mandatory mask order in the DR, alot of travellers from different countries were not following this, including locals that arrived on the weekends, we had to get security involved to remove this young (maskless) local who tried to sit directly beside my husband on the resort shuttle. I feel there needs to be more education at the resort at checkin, there were also other travelers not from DR who were not wearing masks, I'm not talking about outside on the beach, but entering a restaurant. There's my Rant. We will be back because it is absolutely beautiful and the staff are just great
A very much needed December getaway as we spent 8 days on their beach and trying out the new restaurants . We had a platinum room in the 4800 building with a great view of the ocean. The platinum restaurant and rooftop bar was incredible, good food and atmosphere. Try the new pizza and Japanese restaurants in the main lobby , both were great. with everything going on I never felt safer.
